DO I NEED A DOCTOR'S REFERRAL?
In North Carolina, you can see a physical therapist for an evaluation and treatment without a referral.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
No, we choose to work for YOU, not them. We are a cash-based out-of-network provider. As a licensed health care provider, some of our services might be covered under your insurance plan as out-of-network. This means you would pay for services upfront, then you can file a claim with your insurance on your own behalf. Your insurance would then reimburse you directly for the services they cover at the reimbursement rate of your insurance. We do NOT file claims, handle any communication, or submit any documentation on your behalf. If you would like more information on this process, we would be more than happy to help.
HOW CAN I PAY?
Payments may be made by Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, cash, or check.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Come in comfortable, loose fitting clothing.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We have reserved your appointment time specifically for you, and we have found that consistency is a critical element in the success of treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, please contact us during business hours and at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. For Monday appointments, you must cancel by 12:00 p.m. on the previous Friday so we can offer that time to another patient. If you cancel without providing notice or are not available for your appointment time, you will be charged a $100 fee. You can miss up to two appointments before you may lose your designated weekly appointment time.
